Terms of service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms cover EpisodePosts (episodeposts.com), 605 W 9th Street, Unit #4127, Austin, TX 78701 ("we"). By paying for the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@episodeposts.com.

The service

LinkedIn posts written from your podcast episodes, in your voice, delivered by email for your approval, as described on our offer page. Free samples are provided as they are, at no charge, and you may use them whether or not you buy.

Price and billing

The price is shown on the offer page before you pay. It is charged in US dollars, monthly, through Razorpay, until you cancel. If an automatic monthly charge cannot be set up, we may instead charge the first month once and invoice later months; we will tell you before any later charge.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@episodeposts.com. We stop future charges the same business day. Months already paid are not prorated. If we did not deliver the work described for a paid month, tell us and we will refund that month.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any number of followers, views, leads or other results from posts. We use only what was said in your episodes and you approve every post before it is used; you decide what to publish. We never log in to your LinkedIn account.

Your part

You confirm you have the right to the episodes we work from. You review each post before using it and are responsible for what you publish.

Ownership

Posts we write for you are yours once the month they belong to is paid. Our tools and methods stay ours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Third-party names

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not apply to months already paid.
